Civil servant denies Holyrood impropriety
A senior Scottish civil servant has denied any wrong-doing in the process of selecting the building firm for the Scottish parliament project.
Giving evidence to the Holyrood inquiry, Barbara Doig said claims of personal impropriety concerning the decision to select the firm Bovis were "a serious slur on my probity".
