Spy chief under fire over GCHQ costs

During an evidence session before MPs yesterday, GCHQ director David Pepper came under fire over the cost of relocating computer systems to a new £1.62 billion building.

The committee also heard that the new building is so overcrowded that staff have been forced to "hotdesk".
