David Trimble has clashed angrily with Ian Paisley after the DUP leader attempted to launch a new poster outside the Ulster Unionists' Belfast headquarters.

Trimble demanded to know why Paisley was refusing to meet for a TV debate.

"When are you going to stop running away Ian," he said as fingers were jabbed.

Passions are running high ahead of next Wednesday elections to the Stormont assembly.
