Thousands march on Whitehall
Tens of thousands have marched on Whitehall to protest against George W Bush's state visit to Britain.
Police figures estimated the number was up to 110,000 protestors and the event passed off peacefully with 58 arrests for minor offences.
The demonstration, which featured the toppling of a statue of the US president, was described by the organisers as "absolutely massive" and the largest ever weekday march in Britain.
