Dyke slates US media as war 'cheerleader'
The BBC's director general has attacked the US media's coverage of the Iraq war and a creeping "Americanisation" of broadcasting.
In a speech at the International Emmy awards, Greg Dyke attacked broadcasters who became "cheerleaders for the Bush administration".
