The Conservatives have accused Tony Blair of lying to parliament over the amount of weapons the IRA had put beyond use.

Quentin Davies, shadow Northern Ireland secretary, said the prime minister deceived parliament when he said the government had "private" information about the type of weapons decommissioned.
