The body created to monitor the Northern Ireland ceasefire has been condemned by both unionists and republicans. Rebel members of David Trimble's Ulster Unionist Party say the new group gives the Irish Republic too much influence and Sinn Fein claims it falls outside of the remit in the Good Friday Agreement.
