Tories attack 'spy in car'
The opposition has attacked plans to mount a computer chip - which could be used to monitor speeding and other driving offences - in every car.
The Conservatives said the proposal, detailed by police chiefs in a report commissioned by the transport secretary, amounted to putting a spy in every car.
