Duncan Smith leadership questions begin
Summer speculation over the Conservative leadership has begun.
The Times's section T2 questions whether party leader Iain Duncan Smith can restore the party's fortunes.
Bruce Anderson argues the party should ditch him in favour of Oliver Letwin who offers "freshness, intelligence and honesty".
But Stephen Pollard argues against those qualities saying "if he became leader, he'd have to stop being Oliver Letwin".
