Constitutional affairs minister Lord Filkin visited victims of the Omagh bombing yesterday and claimed it was crucial for society that the Real IRA terrorists responsible should be brought to justice.

"It will benefit Northern Ireland and wider society if terrorists were substantially fined and made to pay for their actions," he said.
