Tube deal delayed by pay talks

London Underground staff are holding out for more money in talks with Tube directors.

Arbitration has recommended a 3.75 pay rise for this year but the RMT union is demanding 4.2 per cent next year and guarantees on pensions and working hours before committing to a three-year deal.
