The BBC's governors have upheld complaints from the families of two British servicemen killed in Iraq and criticised a BBC Two programme for using footage of their bodies.

Images of Sapper Luke Allsopp and Staff Sergeant Simon Cullingworth were broadcast during the Correspondent: al-Jazeera Exclusive programme in June, despite calls from their families and Tony Blair to exclude the footage.
