Mayor cleared over party fall
Ken Livingstone has been found not guilty of wrongdoing over an incident at a party which left a 35-year-old man with serious head injuries.
The Standards Board for England also exonerated the mayor of London of wrongly spending his budget to defend himself and cleared him "on the balance of probabilities" of lying to the London assembly.
