Tory leader tells troops to prepare for power
The Tories will spend the next two years proving they are ready to form a "practical government", Iain Duncan Smith said yesterday in an end-of-term message to party workers.Speaking at Labour's old home in Millbank Tower, the Conservative leader said: "There should be no third chance for Tony Blair's third way."
