A website allowing for confidential whistle blowing on the multi-million pound cost overrun of the Scottish parliament building has received "some very interesting" comments from the wives of people close to the Holyrood project.

The chairman of the costs inquiry Lord Fraser said the week-old initiative was proving to be a success.
