Chemists express out-of-town deregulation fears

The government was last night accused of allowing deregulation by the back door after ministers opened the way for hundreds of supermarkets to open out-of-town pharmacies.

Whilst it stopped short of deregulation, retail park supermarkets will be exempt from the strict rules on licensing.
