Terrorism is UK's 'biggest threat'
Terrorism is now the biggest threat to the UK, senior parliamentarians have warned.
Members of the intelligence and security committee - which has been at the centre of the row over the Iraq dossier - warned in their annual report that both al Qaeda and terror groups in Northern Ireland remain the biggest danger both at home and abroad.
"The most serious threat to the UK is terrorism, whether international or Northern Ireland related," said the committee.
MPs also censured Downing Street for publishing a dossier on Iraq's weapons in which security information was combined with a student's thesis taken from the internet.
