Liddell bids goodbye to 'nasty and vicious' Scots
Helen Liddell, who left her job as Scottish secretary last week, has warned that the politics she is leaving behind is "nasty and vicious".
She said Lord Falconer, who in part succeeds her as the new secretary of state for constitutional affairs, is unprepared for Scottish political life.
