DfID shreds Short reports
The Department for International Development has destroyed 3000 copies of its annual report because they contained two pictures of Clare Short and a foreword by her.
The cost of pulping the reports is estimated to be £29,000, a figure the Tories claim could have paid for five new hospitals in Africa.
