New row over smallpox vaccine
The government is set for a new row over favouritism towards Labour donors after it emerged that PowderJect is set to win a new smallpox vaccine contract.
Despite a formal bidding process for a contract worth up to £120 million, the only rival to PowderJect pulled out.
The company's head, Paul Drayson, has donated £100,000 to Labour coffers.
