Turnout vital for Scots Labour

The FT says that Labour will triumph in the Scottish elections next week as long as it can translate its support into votes.

Polls suggest the threat from the SNP will only materialise if Labour sympathisers fail to turn out.

The paper also focuses on Scotland's fourth city, Dundee, where Labour's record in office is failing to capture the imagination of voters who have inherited the town's "radical tradition".
