Tories to unveil tax breaks
The Conservatives are planning to offer tax breaks to people who opt out of the National Health Service to pay for their own hospital care.
Liam Fox, the shadow health secretary, will tell delegates at the party's spring conference this weekend that a set of financial incentives will be directed towards private patients.
