In an interview with the Times, Martin McGuinness has indicated scepticism about moves to allow people "exiled" from Northern Ireland during the Troubles to return home.

The Sinn Fein chief negotiator said the issue was a "difficulty that needs to be considered by all of us".

"That said, I would be concerned at the prospect of people coming back into communities and there being a community reaction."
