Blair facing Iraq resignations
Labour's internal divisions on Iraq have deepened following Clare Short's attacks.
As pro-war MPs such as Oona King fend off deselection threats, speculation is growing that Short will not be the only top-level resignation.
Robin Cook is widely known to have reservations and environment minister Michael Meacher is also thought to be considering his position.
Attorney general Lord Goldsmith and environment minister Lord Whitty are also thought to be opposed to war without a second resolution.
Meanwhile a new survey published today finds that just 19 per cent of voters would back war without a second resolution.
The poll reveals growing opposition amongst women and the middle classes, notes Peter Riddell in the Times.
