Ken's cameras in crime crackdown

The mayor of London's congestion charging cameras are being used by the police for surveillance of crime and terrorist suspects.

Metropolitan Police commissioner Sir John Stevens told the FT that Ken Livingstone's traffic monitoring network was "part of the equation" in fighting crime.
