More calls to delay London road toll
London mayor Ken Livingstone is facing more calls to delay the implementation of the congestion charge following the tube derailment at the weekend.
Angie Bray, the Conservatives' congestion charge spokeswoman on the London assembly, said that the traffic scheme should not begin if the tube was not running normally.
The fallout from the crash continues as the papers report London commuters facing up to a week of delays, costing the economy millions of pounds.
The RMT union representing the tube drivers also claimed that their members were "bullied and threatened" to work despite safety concerns.
