UK wins sweet victory in Brussels

The European court of justice has called for an end to Spanish and Italian restrictions on sales of British chocolate.

The UK has been furious with labelling in two countries that described British made sweets "chocolate substitute" because of ordinary fat content as well as cocoa butter.
