The BBC is not doing enough to catch television licence fee evaders, according to a new report by the Commons public accounts committee.

The MPs said that fee evasion remains a "significant problem" with two million householders still avoiding the £112-a-year charge.

The committee also finds that the corporation is wasting money on fruitless evasion visits.
