Blair facing pressure over euro referendum
The British economy will be damaged if Tony Blair fails to hold a referendum on the euro within the next year according to Chris Bryant, the new chairman of the Labour Movement for Europe.
In an interview with today's Guardian the Labour MP for Rhondda said: "There are very dramatic dangers if we stay out of the euro. A no decision by the chancellor is not risk free."
