Wales gets innovation boost
Andrew Davis, the Welsh economic development minister, announced that spending on technological and business innovation it to rise by 10 per cent to £260 million over the next three years.
Wales is a "small, clever country", he said.
"There is a vital need to concentrate on and build up the business sectors in Wales with the greatest potential," he said.
