Milburn set for more talks with doctors
The health secretary has pledged to use £250 million set aside to boost the wages of consultants to reward those "who do most for NHS patients".
After the rejection of a new contract last week, Alan Milburn told MPs he had agreed to fresh talks with the BMA - but added that there would be no renegotiation.
