Angela Watkinson, a Conservative whip, has been reprimanded by Iain Duncan Smith after her name appeared on a Eurosceptic pamphlet calling for the abolition of the European parliament.

Tory officials claimed that she had not realised that the Bruges Group, which published the pamphlet, had named her as one of its supporters.
