McConnell facing new sleaze claims
Jack McConnell faced fresh allegations of sleaze this weekend after financial irregularities were found in a further two Labour constituency parties.
The constituency party of Lewis Moonie, the defence minister, broke the law by not revealing trade union donations to the Electoral Commission, it is claimed.
Moonie's Kirkcaldly party is one of five Labour constituencies in Scotland which have broken the rules.
