Theresa May's shoes continue to fascinate the press.

Russell and Bromley, the purveyor of the leopard skin shoes, has been besieged by Tory ladies wishing to emulate their "racy" party chairman.

The Times reveals on its front page that the pumps - or "sexy kitten heels" as newspapers describe them - have engraved leather soles.

"In love the chase is better than the catch. Too much is not enough," is the message.
