Scotland's rural development minister has sent an appology to CBI director general Digby Jones after calling him "an English prat".

The remarks by Ross Finnie followed a speech by Jones in Glasgow in which he warned anti-Englsih sentiment was harming the Scottish economy.

Finnie says his comments have been taken out of context.
