Conservative Central Office will today send out the first of what will be a monthly questionnaire to 4000 youth organisations asking them to give their views on policy.

The monthly questionnaires will cover different issues and give respondents the opportunity to tick boxes to register their opinions. The responses will be analysed and used to shape party policy on youth issues.

The Tories currently have only 10,000 members under 30 and came third in the 25 to 34 voter group in the last election.
