The Home Office has today confirmed that Cambridge University scientists who killed seven mice by giving them amphetamines and forcing them to listen to The Prodigy have received an official reprimand.

The British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection has condemned the experiments as "tasteless and horrific".

Four mice made to listen to Bach also died.
