Lockerbie bombing was work of Abu Nidal, claims aide
The Palestinian terrorist Abu Nidal, who was found dead in Baghdad earlier this week, told a meeting of his senior colleagues that he was the force behind the 1998 Lockerbie plane bombing.
The culprits were not Libyans, a leading Arabic newspaper claims today.
