House prices boom raises fresh fears
There are fresh fears that house prices may have been pushed to unsustainable levels following a report published yesterday which revealed prices are rising by 20 per cent a year.
The current increases are the fastest recorded since the 1980s and have prompted fresh fears of a crash.
