Majority oppose cannabis relaxation
The majority of the British electorate does not support David Blunkett's move to relax the penalties for the possession of cannabis, according to a new ICM poll for the Guardian.
While 38 per cent support the decision, 53 per cent are against it. Although 54 per cent of those aged between 18 and 24 approve of the new approach, 54 per cent of 46 - 64 year olds are against the change.
