Fixers lobby against Livingstone return
Millbank fixers are "strong-arming" union leaders into blocking Ken Livingstone's application to return to Labour, reports the Guardian.
According to the Independent, trade unions have decided to vote in favour of the London mayor's re-admission to Labour when the party's national executive votes on the issue on July 23.
Unions hold 12 of the executive's 32 votes.
