IRA accused of breaking ceasefire
The peace process in Northern Ireland has come under further strain after Ulster Unionists accused the IRA of breaching its ceasefire over its activities in Colombia.
Senior security sources believe that the IRA have been using Colombia to develop new weapons since the ceasefire began in 1997.
Michael McGimpsey, an Ulster Unionist minister, said: "This is a clear and dramatic breach of the ceasefire."
