Reshuffle speculation begins again
Writing in today's FT, political editor Brian Groom predicts Labour's cabinet of the future, with members including financial secretary Ruth Kelly, education ministers David Miliband and Stephen Twigg and the special advisor to Gordon Brown, Ed Balls.
Andrew Grice of the Independent writes today that this week's reshuffle has resulted in the creation of a prime minister's department in all but name.
