Repair plan set to cause Tube chaos

Chaos is set to begin on London's Tube network for months when transport commissioner Bob Kiley will close entire lines for essential repair work.

Kiley outlined his plans as part of his response to the government's PPP deal for the Tube. He argued that most workers only get 90 minutes of productive time to carry out repairs at night on the Tube and continuing at such a slow pace will take too long for delivering real change.
