Hunt bill creates anger
The government set itself on a collision course with the House of Lords after rural affairs minister Alun Michael warned how the Parliament Act could be invoked to push through his plans for a new hunting bill.
Labour backbenchers reacted furiously to his plans which will involve a six months attempt to find compromises with the House of Lords.
