Postal deliveries face 'meltdown'
Postal deliveries are facing possible "meltdown" if plans by the postal services regulator to open up the sector to competition go ahead, according to a poll of senior managers at Consignia.
The Amicus trade union, which represents 15,000 postal managers, wants talks with Consignia bosses and trade and industry secretary Patricia Hewitt, to discuss the findings of the survey.
