Court martial in the dock
The European Court of Human Rights is expected to rule this week for a second time that the Army's court martial system is unlawful.
The court is expected to say that the system contravenes soldiers' rights to a fair hearing in an independent and impartial tribunal.
The lawyer bringing the case, John Mackenzie, says such a ruling would allow anyone tried under the current system to win an appeal.
