Former minister Kate Hoey has described Tony Blair's involvement in the Mittal affair as "a bit fishy".

Her comments came as it was revealed that Lakshmi Mittal does not have to pay tax in the UK.

In a separate move, it has emerged that Keith Vaz joked that he was "minister for visas" at a party attended by Mittal.
