Speaker rebukes party leaders at PMQs
Speaker of the House of Commons, Michael Martin, rebuked both Iain Duncan Smith and Tony Blair during PMQ's yesterday.
Martin ruled that Duncan Smith should not question the prime minister on Labour Party policy: "The policy of the Labour Party has nothing to do with the prime minister."
Later, Martin told Blair to stop talking about Tory policies: "I would say to him, the policy of the Conservative Party is nothing to do with the prime minister."
