Vaz accused of 'collusion over Hinduja payments'
Elizabeth Filkin has accused Keith Vaz of "deliberate collusion" to conceal payments made to his wife's law firm by the Hinduja brothers.
But the parliamentary standards commissioner cleared the former foreign office minister of failing to register the payments, concluding that he gained no personal benefit and was not bound by Commons disclosure rules over £3000 of legal advice on immigration issues.
